We are a family owned and run business with over 20 years’ experience in residential property development, including new builds, extensions, alterations and renovations.

Meet the Directors
Simon is one of the founding directors from when GS Property Developments was established in 1998. Prior to this he worked in professional practice, in a multidisciplinary consultancy company providing quantity surveying and project management on a diverse range of projects ranging from data centres to high-end residential projects.

Director
Paul is one of the founding directors of GS Property Developments Ltd. He started out working in professional practice as a quantity surveyor before moving on to a regional developer, heading up the commercial construction division. He brings a wealth of practical experience to managing complex projects

Director
Graham is a carpenter and joiner with over 50 years' experience in the building industry and founded the company, realising his dream of running his own construction company. Graham still enjoys being actively part of the company
